Two-thirds of Americans and over 42% of Hernando County sixth graders are currently overweight. Everyone wants to be healthy, it's just hard to know what to do and how to sustain a healthy lifestyle long term.
The Hernando Health Experience is designed to do good for you and our community.
This grass roots effort will raise money to support our county parks, deliver authentic health information to our community and provide motivation to help us sustain our healthy efforts for life.
