The Hernando Health Experience is a 10 week program designed to help motivate, educate and support individuals and families to a healthier life. Whether you are in perfect health or in need of improvement, this program will be a benefit to your life and our county parks.
For only $50, you can register to be a participant in this program and receive weeks of support to live well! The program includes fitness, nutrition, education and motivation from GIME FITNESS and Hernando County Parks and Recreation Department. The best part is....YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO WIN HALF YOUR MONEY BACK!!! If you check in at the end of the 10 week program- you get half your money back in the form of a check paid to YOU!!! Once you are registered, you will be scheduled to check in on August 23rd or 24th at GIME Fitness on County Line Rd. At your check in you will meet with a wellness coach to set your personal health goal and receive a 10 week agenda! All participants will receive a weekly video email to offer motivation and education throughout the entire program! Participants will be able to message fitness trainers and lifestyle coaches for questions and support receiving answers by email, phone and video.
GIME FITNESS and volunteers will be providing workouts in the park, grocery shopping tips, email support, Facebook messages and cooking videos to keep you and your family motivated along the journey. It will be up to you to apply the information you are provided, but organizers of the Hernando Health Experience will ensure you have tons of education and support to help you stay on track!
At the end of the 10 weeks, there will be a final check in day on November 1st or 2nd, with a final celebration on November 9th.
Prizes will be awarded weekly and at the FINALE!
